1. Cyanide galvanizing

Low cyanide (micro cyanide) Caster's hardware part plating solution is required. 2. Zinc galvanizing

    Both of these are alkaline zincate zinc plating; pH is 12.5~13. The plating structure of the coating is columnar and has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for color galvanizing.
    Typical formula: NaOH--110~120g/l; ZnO--11~12g/l; 94--5~7g/l. 94 is a combination of the product code "DPE-II" and ethanolamine.
    Note: After the product is out of the tank -> washing -> light (nitrate + hydrochloric acid) -> washing -> passivation -> washing -> washing -> hot drying -> drying -> aging treatment (80 ~ 90oC in the oven).
3. Chloride galvanizing
    The chloride galvanizing process accounts for up to 40% of the Casters hardware part plating industry. After passivation (blue) can be zinc-based chromium (comparable to chrome-plated), especially after the addition of water-soluble varnish, it is difficult for laymen to identify whether it is galvanized or chrome-plated. This process is suitable for white passivation (blue, silver). When the customer has no special requirements, it is best to choose silver white passivation (the color remains relatively stable).
    Typical formula: KCl--180~220g/l; ZnCl--65~75g/l; H3BO3--25~30g/l (buffer); PH value is 5~5.5; CI-87--15~20g/ l (brightener).

    4, sulfate galvanizing
    The sulfate galvanizing process is suitable for continuous plating (wire, strip, simple, coarse and large zero, parts) at a low cost.
