Rubber Casters usually have a hardness of 67-75 degrees and a relatively low hardness;

Caster raw materials
Rubber Casters: easy to pollute, low production efficiency, raw materials can be doped with recycled materials, there will be odor;
Polyurethane casters: high requirements on the tread, using raw materials, no odor, can not be mixed with recycled materials.
Ground mark
Rubber Casters can easily leave a mark of carbon black on the ground during use;

Heavy-duty rubber casters have a load of 160-230kg, and have poor resistance to cracking and tearing;
Polyurethane casters have approximately twice the load carrying capacity of Rubber Casters and offer excellent resistance to crack growth, tearing and chipping resistance. Even after 7-8 years of placement, the performance is good and wear resistance is good. .
In the current caster industry, compared with Rubber Casters, urethane casters such as plastic core polyurethane casters and iron core polyurethane casters have obvious properties in terms of load carrying capacity, wear resistance, tear resistance, cutting resistance and rolling resistance.
